Lencam is a complex service model, and joining this project required my team and me to invest significant time in deep research and understanding, not only of the technology but also of the business requirements of the industry. Thanks to the foundational design systems previously built at Lenful Design, I was able to easily apply and customize that system with variant adjustments for Lencam's development, making the process more logical and optimized for data management.
Sales operations also posed a major challenge, as we had to thoroughly study the journey of a seller in accessing, managing, and utilizing their sales pages and websites. This research enabled us to provide valuable solutions for them, from SEO optimization, implementing promotional programs, and managing product SKUs to offering a customizable template system. With such a rich array of business processes, our team conducted market research, analyzed solutions from other providers, and synthesized this knowledge to develop the Lencam system, aiming to ensure it is easy for users to adopt and navigate.
